I’m hoping you folks will have something to say about the 6th Circuit’s decision that students may correctly gender other students who have transitioned. I read about it on EITM, and of course found something missing. Erin Reed’s take on the likely outcome is that students will bully transitioned people with undesired pronouns. My feeling is that most students will use whatever pronouns seem to match how the person looks, and that’s not an evil or bullying thing. It’s just self-absorbed kids not walking on eggshells. Would love to hear you folks discuss it.
